三. HL-1恒流泵使用方法：
1. 初次使用時，先把“調速”旋鈕調到中速位置，然后接通電源，此時指示燈亮，
滾子開始運轉，調節“調速”旋鈕，觀察儀器運轉是否正常，正常后即可使用。
2. 安裝硅膠管，根據流量需要選用合適內徑的硅膠管，（細管裝在泵頭的細槽內，粗管裝在泵頭的粗槽內）。
3. 預測流量，選擇好合適內徑的硅膠管，調整泵頭的調壓螺絲，同時按“排氣” 旋鈕，使硅膠管內的空氣排出，用量杯可預測需要的流量，此時只需調節“調速”旋鈕可改變流量，流量確定后請把“調速”旋鈕上的“鎖緊開關”往下鎖緊。
4. 使用 “順逆”開關，可以改變輸液方向，使加液改變為抽液，加壓改變為抽壓。
5. 調節板兩側的調節螺絲是用于調節液體壓力的，般只要擰到有液體流動即可，調節時須注意不要擰的太緊，否則滾子會軋死。
6. “排氣”按鈕的作用是在慢速時不改變原來設定流量的情況下快速排除管內空氣或清洗管道。
7. 此機與BS系列收集器連用時，將四芯插頭插入收集器后面板的“恒流泵”插座中，其電源受收集器控制。此機單獨使用時，將四芯插頭改為芯電源插頭即可，本機附有備件。
四. HL-1恒流泵注意事項：
1. 調節“調速”旋鈕時，請不要在“鎖緊”開關鎖定情況下強行調節，以免損壞旋鈕。
2. 儀器在使用期間，應隨時注意硅膠管是否完好，般在中速情況下運轉為佳，當發現硅膠管使用老化時，應及時更換硅膠管。當儀器開始運轉時，硅膠管可能有向端拱起現象，可用手拉直即可。
3. 要注意保持泵頭槽內清潔，尤其對滾子軸套（中間只）必須擦干凈，以免滾子軋死。
4. 恒流泵長期不用時，請把硅膠管從泵頭中取出，延長其使用壽命。硅膠管是易損物品，使用段時間后請及時更換。不然會造成漏液，損壞儀器！
5. 根據不同介質和不同流量，請選用不同粗細的硅膠管。
